No, you are eligible for referral credit only on the first transactions of friends/connections who have not interacted with PurpleTutor’s systems before and whose details do not exist in the databases of PurpleTutor. PurpleTutor shall solely determine if a referred person is new and eligible.

Yes, the scheme for referral credit is as follows –
Referral rewards will be emailed to you only after 9 classes are completed by your referrals/friends.
The Referral Program is valid only for referrals/friends who sign up for at least 40 sessions before 31st August, 2021.
Referral Rewards per person will be limited to only 10 successful referrals.
For every admission of 40 classes or more, you will receive a $50 Amazon gift card + additional bonus as per the table below.
Amazon Gift Cards in (USD) will not be applicable for if your referrals/friends belong to India, Sri Lanka and Africa Region.

No, everyone is eligible to be part of PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn program. Terms and conditions apply.

The Program is available only for new course purchase on PurpleTutor. PurpleTutor users/customers, who initiate a referral, are defined as “Referrers.” Non-customers or those who purchase courses based upon a referral are defined as “Referees.”

All countries except India, Srilanka and Africa
Referrers will receive referral credit worth $50 against each successful course enrollment of their referees for a course (40 sessions or more than that).

Referral gift cards are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other merchandise.

For you to receive the gift cards for referring a new PurpleTutor member,

The referee must click on your link and sign up for at least 40 sessions before 31st August, 2021.

The referee who enrolls must be new (and not a returning or existing) PurpleTutor customer. Determining whether the customer is new is subject to the sole discretion of PurpleTutor.

Referrals or your friends who apply for discontinuation of the course and avail a refund from PurpleTutor shall not be considered as your eligible referrals.

Participation in this Refer and Earn Program may require you to submit personal information about you and the customers you refer, such as name and email address. You agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn Program, and to allow us to communicate with your friends/connections about your participation (for example, by disclosing to your friends that an invitation was sent by you). Any information collected from you or your referred customers as part of the PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn Program will be subject to PurpleTutor’s Terms and Conditions.

No responsibility will be taken by PurpleTutor for Referral Submissions that are illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly recorded or not received for any other reason.

In case of any fraudulent use of the program, the company holds the right to withdraw the referral without notice.

PurpleTutor reserves the right to terminate and/or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.

The information gathered will be confidential and it will never be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.

If you participate in any affiliate marketing program for PurpleTutor products and services, you will not be eligible to receive referral credit for any transaction for which you receive affiliate advertising fees.

We may terminate your eligibility to earn referral credit or terminate your account, or the accounts of PurpleTutor members you refer, if you or they take any of the following actions:

Open multiple accounts, including with different e-mail addresses, for the same person in order to generate additional referral credits

Refer customers using spam or unsolicited e-mails

Use false names, impersonate other people, or otherwise provide false or misleading information to us

Offer incentives to others who register new accounts

Violate these terms or any other terms and conditions on PurpleTutor

Participate in the PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion at any time and without prior notice to you to add to, remove or otherwise change these terms, including without limitation: changing the amount of the referral bonus, modifying how you may earn and spend referral credits, modifying the duration, expiration or vendor of the gift cards, requiring minimum purchase amounts for use of gift cards, instituting maximum amount of referral credits that you may earn, and discontinuing the PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn Program entirely. We will post an updated version of these terms on the PurpleTutor’s website, and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the PurpleTutor’s website or the PurpleTutor’s Refer and Earn Program after the date such changes are posted.
